Becoming Miss Pink

Feeling every one of the 250 horses under your feet while glancing at a needle stuck on 130 mph just gives you a satisfaction like no other. It's a moment that is only comparable by the feeling a baby bird must have when it finally spreads it's wings and soars across the sky. It's an addiction that brought me to where I am today. After 3 years of learning and building, I can honestly say, this is in my blood. It's in my veins, my body needs it as much as it needs oxygen. It's a need for speed. A need to slide sideways and letting the power turn the car in circles. It's a mix of danger and excitement that may kill me one day. But, as Paul Walker would say, "If one day speed kills me, do not cry because I was smiling."

Starting out, I wasn't into cars at all. I only got into cars on March 3rd, 2014. That's when I purchased a Silver 2000 Ford Mustang. I would have never thought that I would have formed this addiction. As time passed, I went from a farm girl that knew nothing about cars to Miss Pink, the girl that tries to learn everything she can about cars, preferable Mustangs. Specifically New Edge Mustangs.

This car is a major part of my life. It led me to meeting a lady named Courtney Barber. She got me started as Miss Pink and originally came up with the name. I became a part of Team Mustang Girls. (There is a link located in the Menu to this blog). This car also has taken me further than I could imagine. It's led me to meet amazing people, do amazing things, and travel to amazing places. Every time I go out, I get stopped at least once to talk about the car. Just the sound of her engine turns heads. I will say, this car has changed my life for the better. I can't wait to see where she takes me next.
